How can I track my shipment?

When your order was shipped you should have received a dispatch note with the tracking number (if you chose a shipping method with tracking). Try checking your junk mail or spam folder. Alternatively you can track your shipment right here on the webstore, simply head to your order history, open your order and if there is tracking information available for your order it will be available to view.

 

How can I change an order? (Address update or item changes)

Please log into your account and navigate to "Account>Messages". Select the order from the dropdown menu and enter your message, this way your message is attached directly to your order and is the best way for us to keep track of your query or request! :)

 

 

The item I want is out of stock, how can I be notified when it's available again?

We have a great system for notifying customers when our products are back in stock, simply head to the product page, enter your email address and hit the "Notify me" button for that item. As soon as we re-stock the webstore will automatically send you an email so you can come and place your order! 

 

I ordered a custom or pre-order product along with in-stock items, why is my order delayed?

Orders containing a combination of custom/pre-order and in-stock items are held until the entire order can be completed, fulfilled and shipped together. If you need in-stock items to ship as soon as possible, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock items and for custom/pre-order items. If you have already placed an order with a combination of custom/pre-order and in-stock items and require the in-stock items to ship sooner, please contact us via our order messaging system and we can help you out as best we can!
