How can I track my shipment?

When your order was shipped you should have recived a dispatch note with the tracking number (If you chose a shipping method with tracking) try checking your Junk mail, alternativly you can track your shipment right here on the webstore, simply head to your order history, open your order and if their is tracking available for your order it will be available to view

 

How can I change an order? (Address update or item changes)

Please log into your Account and navigate to "Account>Messages", Select the order from the dropdown menu and enter your message, this way your message is attached directly to your order and is the best way for us to keep track of your query or request :)

 

 

The item I want is out of stock how can I be notified when it's available again?

We have a great system for notifying customers when our products are back in stock, simply head to the product page and enter your email address and hit the "Notify me" button, as soon as we re-stock the webstore will send you an email so you can order!
